Memphis Uniden SDS 100 Help

I am an SDS 100 owner and I need help getting Collierville Police added to my radio. Does anyone have this loaded and working properly? I was told what's loaded on the RR page is their old information. I have that but receive nothing when monitoring it.

The P25 system listed in the database for Collierville is current. Collierville Public Safety Trunking System, Collierville, Tennessee - Scanner Frequencies

Thomas I still can't get it to receive. David and I looked at it and he said the first page was old but the second was correct.

I’m assuming the sds100 uses the sentinel software? Make sure it’s set to a P25 system. Collierville’s old system was a UHF passport system. Their new system is a 700 Phase 2 system. It’s been active since 2014. There should only be one Collierville system listed in the database. Which other one are you referring to?

I can't hear shelby County police fire ems or hospital or anything on my sds100 or bcc 436 hp. Is it ecrypted??

Have Shelby County gone encrypted?

Memphis/Shelby County has gone to a new P25 system: Memphis and Shelby County Public Safety (P25) Trunking System, Memphis, Tennessee - Scanner Frequencies (radioreference.com)

Do you have the Sentinel app on you computer? If so click on update and update the master database.

Assuming site(s) and talkgroups are programmed correctly, be sure all relevant service types are turned on for the talkgroups you want to listen to (see tag column in db)

Select Service Types

Press Func then Zip/Services. Scroll to each Service Type and press E/yes to enable or disable.
