Mendocino County manhunt radio operations

So during the whole manhunt for Basler, there were Mendocino local agencies, Bay Area agencies, Central Valley agencies, State, and Federal agencies....

Does anyone know how the radio situation was coordinated? Did everyone bring their own radios and have the CHP mobile vehicles or some other coordinator make everything work? Or did everyone show up and get handed a radio? With the SWAT guys even deeper into the "toys" I would imagine they would want their own stuff. I'm at the fringe of picking up Mendocino SO's primary dispatch, and haven't heard anything about how they handled the situation.

Anyone have any info? Since it's over now there's no hazard of giving up operational information that could put anyone in jeopardy, so I'm curious.

I flew in to Little River with one of the So Cal Bloodhound team and made a call in to MCSO Dispatch on CLEMARS to arrange a pick up, I wan't privy to any other communications items.
