Initial setup on new radio.
How to change from Japanese to English.

Isn't there a manual?

Press hardware Menu button.
Scroll down to Display. Press.
Scroll down to System Language. Press
Select English and press.

Use the 'back' arrow or hardware Exit to go back a single level (multiple presses to go back all the way)
Alternatively press Menu hardware button to go back to whatever default screen you have set.

Yes a very good manual.
Unfortunately Japanese isn't my 1st language.

I have also downloaded a English manual, but can't find any reference to changing from Japanese to English

The menu is mostly in Japanese, hence my question.

This radio was bought new on eBay from a Japanese supplier, so is most likely for that market.

Bought some programming software.
