We heard about this on our scanner earlier - someone had seen some ducks come out of the water with oil on them and called it in.... we also heard animal control was on the way and that DEP would be out as well...
"First responders were called to the scene of an oil spill in Mercer County Thursday night.
Dispatchers say the call came in around 8:30p.m., when oil was discovered in a creek running between Princeton and Green Valley .
Green Valley Fire Dept. and Princeton Fire Dept. resonded.
No word yet on what caused the spill, or where the oil came from.
