Mercy One Air Med frequency in Mason City, Iowa

Mercy One Hospital in Mason City, Iowa just got a new Air Med helicopter and they operate on the ISICS system. My question is that I am trying to figure out what frequency that they operate on . The older Air Med helicopter that they operated on was not on the ISICS system and was public knowledge and I had no problem finding the frequency. I have the Uniden Home Patrol-2 Scanner that is able to pick up the ISICS . I had the company that I bought the scanner from program it 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Went on Social media and have not heard a thing.. Was wandering if anyone out there has any suggestions for me. Would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I'm not sure how they're dispatched, but they call report on "National EMS" when returning to MercyOne North Iowa just like ground ambulances do. They coordinate with ground contacts for landing zones.

I know LifeFlight 2 out of Fort Dodge is dispatched by cell phone.
