Anyone else noticing the automated voice is extremely low as compared to everything else, especially the alert tone!!!

I would think (and hope) they would want to turn it up, especially since it's analog, not digital, whereas I would think it would be annoying for them too.

it's been that way for probably 5 years now. Even back when they started rolling it out for testing people complained about how quiet it was compared to everyone else

That's unfortunate. Nobody wants to have to keep turning their volume up and down all the time to prevent getting blasted. I remember when New Britian's was low at first. I didn't think they would ever do anything about being their digital and it would always correct the level. Glad they did anyway for those monitoring.
