When did Merrimack FD join Nahua's TRS and why?

They Only began migration to it recently
and (assumption) their system was EOL and the most reasonable solution was to piggy-back on Nashua vs building out a new system
There are various reasons why an agency may decide to go the routes they go and it probably won't do any good to hash it out here on a scanner forum. I've seen agencies do these things for some good reasons, some dumb reasons, and the hope is that at the end of the day, the end users and taxpayers benefit from the changes and costs.
