Hello I just purchased the Pro-106 hand held scanner, from what I am reading online there are a few programs that will decode the decoded channels. Any idea if they work?

Decode the decoded channels? Are you referring to being able to monitor the encrypted talk groups?

Good luck with that one, who is encrypted in your area? Garfield County
