Good stuff! Is this Mesa FD's channel lineup?

Tone for 155.6175 is DPL 624. I'm a little confused with 155.6175 as I have heard Mesa Alarm refer to it as "Channel 4". Also, this post refers to 155.6175 as channel B4:

I just heard Car 209 talking on 155.6175 (couldn't hear the other end), but he did say he was on B4

I'm thinking that they don't consider Mutual-Aid 4 to be one of their own channels, so B-5 is their fireground/hazard/tactical channel 4, however they're designating it.

Exactly. Mesa Channel 4 is B-Deck 5 so that’s VFIRE21 or M/A 4 is always on the 4th spot.

I'm assuming these channel lineups are from different agencies. I'm also assuming that the order posted by bill71 is in order from B1 to B16. What agency is the lineup from WIS262 and what agency is from bill71?

The lineup from WIS262 shows B4 is VFIRE21 154.280 and B5 as 155.6175. The lineup from bill71 shows B4 is 155.6175 and B11? as VFIRE21 154.280. Monitoring over time will likely clear this up, but it seems that there might be some discrepancies between agencies that could cause mutual aid issues.

See attached. This is from Mesa Regional Communications to help their dispatchers with channel assignments.

The channel plan I posted is from Mesa Fire. It should be the standard template for any RWC radio carrying B-Deck. I wish Mesa, like Phoenix, would have made their 4th tactical channel Mesa Fire channel 5 on B-Deck 5. . This will do doubt cause some confusion but at the same time, no one counts channel knob clicks anymore. They listen for the channel announcer programmed on the portables.

Thanks for the cleanup cellphone. To answer the question, yes, the lineup I posted is the one from our radios in the Ambulance. It is the Motorola APX Dual Band (7/800 & VHF) that is used by all agencies (EMS/Fire/LE) in the valley, and most of the state is also programmed into them. All EMS/Fire radios were reprogrammed last winter to prepare for Mesa Fires roll out of these new frequencies. The order posted is B1-B16.

This will not be confusing at all (sarcasm):

Dispatch:
The assignment for the first tactical will be on B3 Mesa Fire Channel 3.
The assignment for the second tactical will be on B5 Mesa Fire Channel 4. (no this is not a typo)
The assignment for the third tactical will be on B2 Mesa Fire Channel 2.

To add to that. E25x dispatched to an unknown fire in C-Deck 4. Gets os to find a house on fire and requests the balance of WF. Now the channel gets moved from C-Deck 4 to B-Deck 3. All while stretching lines and securing a water supply.

This will not be confusing at all (sarcasm):

Could they make it any more confusing?

No, don't answer that. I probably shouldn't even ask, they might see it as a challenge.

Also:

Also, listen to these frequencies below. They are licensed as repeaters for Mesa. I hear them transmitting CW ID. I don't know Morse, so I have not gotten the callsigns that are being transmitted yet:
154.340 - Old VHF Ch1.
155.835
158.805

These are part of license:
WQOF854 (MESA, CITY OF) FCC Callsign Details
This is a relatively new license issued in April 2017.

Has anyone gotten any more info on these three frequencies above?

Ive been monitoring them from around Alma School and the 60 for a while now, no traffic but CWID.

Right now (at the time of this posting) Alarm is taking the opportunity to conduct radio checks with crews on scene of a commercial structure fire (ultimately canceled) on B3 154.8 DPL 503. She is checking mobile radios, and portables. Seeing who's copying what in both directions and checking to make sure the alias (I hear MDC signalling) is showing up. So far, it's 50/50 on what's working haha
