Police: Mobile drug lab discovered
Findlay police have arrested two people and taken three others into custody in connection with a drug lab being run out of a car stopped in front of Wal-Mart, 2500 Tiffin Ave., this afternoon.
Police initially stopped the car in connection with a report of shoplifting from another store. In searching the car, officers found chemicals consistent with a mobile methamphetamine lab, Sgt. Randy Digby said.
Several police officers and firefighters came to secure the area, which was blocked with yellow tape. The east entrance to Wal-Mart, near where the car was stopped, also was blocked with yellow tape.
Chemicals used in making methamphetamine are poisonous to breath or swallow and are flammable, Digby said.
Courier reporter Lou Wilin is following this story.

While this may be bigtime "breaking news" in Findlay, in Summit County (Akron) this is almost a weekly event. Summit county is overrun with meth labs and meth busts. They are one of the top meth lab producing counties in the USA. Its one of the reasons the property values are so low in that drug ridden county.

Its not that part that gets me, its the part that these type of people drive around with the crap in their cars. One little accident could lead to a big problem.

It was a good thing they were stationary at the time. It wouldn't take much and you could either have one big bang or quite a few people exposed to some nasty stuff. Everyone kinda got wise to the ones that were and are using abandon buildings, so it looks as if the idiots took to the road, bad news.
