I had to skip about ten of the repeaters that I usually monitor in the scan list today because of some crazy interference that they're all transmitting. It's curious that they seem to all be propagating the same spurious signal. Some examples are
W4BTI 146.88
W4IBM 145.29
W4MLA 145.49
WA4DIW 145.17
W4REI 147.03
W4VO 146.94
This listing is not exhaustive.
I'm wondering if this is the result of some kind of problem involving linking between repeaters. A couple weeks ago I participated in a net that linked repeaters from AR to TN and all points in between. The roll call seemed to take well over an hour! Perhaps the control link is screwed up? Or maybe it's just a coincidence that all the repeaters are down at the same time. Any one know either way?
