Metro Boston 700 Overlay

Is the Milton (Blue Hill) site operational? If so, is it low power? I can receive the current MSP 800 site from Blue Hill but on a sweep of the 700 band I don't hear a single signal. I'm about 10 miles SW of Blue Hill using a 396XT.

Either the site uses very low power or my 396XT is deaf in the 700 band (possible since I've never monitored anything there).

My understanding is that most of the sites are now active. The current control channel is 774.58125 try locking in on that and see if you hear the data.
