Okay, this seems silly, but the 153.860 listed for Booking (under Corrections Dept.) says its using 565 DPL...I have no way of decoding that, but I can definitely decode 64.7 PL (CTCSS).....is it normal to use two systems like that?

I've always had that freq set with the 565 DPL and didn't know they used it with a PL tone also. I know the 565 is good because I'm listening to it right now. Sounds like there's a riot going on in the background and they're talking about locking everyone in.
