Herd a chase yesterday in the south county with SBDO and CHP. There was a question about whether Metro units could go into California, a 200 unit gave permission for Air-2 to proceed but said "ground units don't work for me so I can't give approval" the a 200WC unit advised all units were approved to go across the state line.
My assumption is "WC" stands for "Watch Commander" and 200personnel are senior staff, Chiefs or commanders
