There is a very strong signal 411.5625 now in Kitchener/Waterloo.

Was showing Site 106... now it seems to be a test pattern of some sorts.

Also, I've seen usage of TG 1 and 2. Both talkgroups were completely encrypted.

Looks like they have added a tower at 200 Jamieson Pkwy in Cambridge which is the high rise on the north side of the 401 & Franklin Blvd.

I am not receiving anything on 411.5625 (but that could just be my location in Mannheim)

I am receiving a c/c on 410.5375 though, and when there is talking, it comes out on 411.0375.

Getting buses and train talk and a few other talkgroups.
