For many years I have been able to monitor this system but for the past few months I have not heard any kind of signal.

I am using the RR frequencies as I always have.

Did something change and I slept through it??

I would check the database for the latest updates and then update your radio accordingly. I know the site info and control channels have changed in recent years. Try monitoring the next closest tower (West Simulcast) or Central Simulcast as that is main site.
