Hola amigos! I live in southern Mexico during most of the dry season and have been studying communications there for the past 15 years or so. now that I know of RR.com, this year I hope to be able to pass along a good deal of info(si dios quiere!) Meanwhile,I can answer some, but probably not all, of your questions about scanning there. Incidently, posession of a reciever capable of hearing police or government communications is illegal!! However, this is Mexico God love her, a free(and corrupt) nation, where anything.yes anything is posible. Just be smart!! later
