It doesn't look like it, no. Note that this is really an autotuner, and requires a transmitter to tune it properly. If you aren't transmitting (and in this forum, that's the assumption), this isn't what you are looking for. However these are a much better bet, and a heckuva lot less expensive too...

As long as you're not interested tuning below 3 Mhz or so, you should be in good shape. They say they're out of stock, tho - you might want to contact them to see when they're expected to be available
Point being, you really don't need a USD300 tuner for receiving...
