MGM National Harbor Cap+ - Changes?

Anyone know if the MGM National Harbor Cap+ system has changed in the past few weeks? The groups for the casino (120, 151, 152) appear to have disappeared.

The license has several simplex frequencies - maybe they've moved to these?

I’ve been casually monitoring this system lately and have detected almost 60 new talkgroups in the span of a week, which doesn’t seem right. Some seem to appear for just a brief conversation, but are not private calls. Maybe a system quirk or some kind of patch?
