MHP Troop K dispatch in the clear

EDIT: I posted this before I found another post in here explaining what's going on.... Please forgive this duplicate, I was unable to remove it.

Not sure what's going on, but ever since IDA I've started noticing that MHP Troop K has been using MDOT Enforcement R3 TAC for dispatching units to calls. I've caught 'Biloxi' talking to 'K' units back and forth on there. Talkgroup is 12200. Been hearing them sent to auto accidents all over the 3 coast counties.

Patch services may have already be in place for this TG prior to Ida and they are doing it for interop capabilities?

Unrelated to your post, I know that GPT/BLX/HCSO/HSO dispatchers have been having lots of problems running ID/Tags since Ida. Especially for LA DL/Tags. Contemplating putting my units/feeds back on-air with radio reference broadcasting. Was a PITA with me working away and them going down randomly.
