I have a Uniden BCT 15X. I am trying to program MHP700 frequencies and I am having trouble. Can you assist with this problem?

MHP operates on the MSWIN system, which is a 700 MHz P25 digital TRS. You will not be able to monitor it on the analog only BCT15. You will need a digital scanner such as the Uniden 996XT, GRE PSR-600 or RadioShack PRO-197.
In addition, a few agencies are using P25 Phase II modulation on the system. Currently the GRE PSR-800 (with a firmware update) is the only scanner that can receive Phase II.
