Miami Beach Fire Dispatch 1 very low volume?

Can anyone else confirm that the Miami Beach Fire Dispatch 1 feed from Dade County, Florida has very low volume? Almost to the point it can't be heard at all? Even with my volume all the at max I can barely hear it. Multiple problem reports have been submitted. But no change.
