Miami-Dade P25 reception better lately

I live in Miami Beach and I have a BCD436. The Miami-Dade p25 system reception has been horrible in the past year but about a month ago it's gotten much better. I can actually hear all the conversations with no dropping out. I haven't changed anything on my side (same location, antenna etc). This is on Site 102. Site 101, 103, 104 and 107 has always been good. I've never heard anything to date on 109 or 110.

Has anyone else seen seen a similar improvement?

I have listened to them on a scanner in a while. So I turned them on today while mobile up and down the Turnpike. Still garbled on my PSR-800. Clear as day on my Unication G5 and commercial gear.

Dade County PD Site 2

Getting reports from people all over that Dade PD is sounding much better in the last month.
That is on the Uniden Scanners.

Also I retried site 109 tonight where I used to get nothing even when in Sunny Isles, and now it seems to be working well too.
