According to the RR database, on site 102 of the Miami-Dade P25 trunked system, any of the 20 frequencies at that site can be used as the control channel. Is that accurate? My understanding is that there is a control channel and three alternates, maximum, per site.
I have monitored all 20 frequencies and I can't find a control channel on any of them, but that may be distance related. But, I can hear digital voice on some of the individual frequencies.
