I see that RadioReference puts out the TalkGroups for MICCOM in Decimal format. Does anyone know how that translates for me to input them into Motorola CPS to Program a XPR7550 and 5550? Also what would be the best way to program all the sites? Each site and talkgroup as a channel and then set up a Roam List for each?

That's exactly the way you would program them into a 7550 or 5550.
Make a bank of 14 channels & name them like I did here. Every channel '1' gets programmed for slot #1 & MICCOM's contact, and every channel '2' as slot #2 & Atlantic's contact. Scan the entire bank as one list. Don't set up roam at all, as that will cause the radio to ping the sites & they most definitely are running software that ID's unauthorized radios. Set your channels as 'RX Only' - don't risk turning your radio into a brick...

Awesome thank you! I was 90% of the way there but good point on the ID scanning. Will definitely delete the roam!
