Does anyone know if MICCOM uses MED-10 like CENCOM uses MED-10?

I believe alot medics use cell phones or nextel

I believe they used to use Med 9 and Med 10 with a repeater many years ago, back when they were using MODAT signaling.. I remember they used to tell units go to Med 9 or go to Med 10 and chit chat. They used to assign Med channels back in the day too on 155.1750. As the last post said they seem to use Cellphones and nextel, I rarely hear any traffic on the Med Channels in relation to MICCOM.

I was considering deleting them from the scanner, but I wanted to make sure. I thought maybe they would copy CENCOM.
