Michigan and 700mhz

does anyone have any news or info on Michigan going to 700mhz
i have found a few places online but , no freq's or not really much.
will Michigan leave 800 and move to 700?

im lost

They will never leave 800, but the infrastructure is ready to add 700 when the need arises. No impact on scanners.

over here in st.clair county, Homeland security requires us to update to 700 mhz as well were done with the norrow band change over, because we such a " High Homeland Security Risk" due to the "So Close to the Canadian Border" we mandated by The feds to update. we suppose to be getting either the moto 2500's or the Thales MBR . by 2014.
