Does MGU or their parent company (WEC Energy Group) have any frequencies or talkgroups on a trunking system? I want to be able to hear them considering we are their customer.

not sure about them specifically, but MPSCS does allow contracted users/companies use the MPSCS system, some, if not most of these companies use encrypted, and mostly undiscovered talkgroups.
I have not heard of this company, but the two largest providers (DTE & Consumers) do have TG on MPSCS.
maybe they switched to walkie talkies. haha. or this actually could mean they use MPSCS too.....License Search
