Do you know why i maynot be able to track Mil Air here in northern MI? used ads-b just now as choppers went over house from Alpena to Grayling nothing shows . Or their below radar this happens alot with cargo or jets also i'm 15-20 miles east of the Grayling ranges.07-29-23

As you said, low altitude flights usually don’t get picked up. I run my own ADSB receiver using an outdoor antenna hooked up to an SDR and often pick up low altitude flights near me that don’t show up on the various ADSB apps. That being said, as I’m sure you already know, a lot of military aircraft switch their ADSB transponders off. Lots of action at the Grayling range today. 261.2, 307.775, 256.6 and 234.9 very active.
