What did you use to observe that? My SDS200 would ignore the Encryption and simply keep scanning. I wanna use an SDR with SDRTrunk , DSDPlus, and Unitrunker too see how much is encrypted vs clear.

guess he was sight seeing, he did a few circles east of Gaylord and is now heading south
Just heard Sting flight share a freq of 256.600 Mhz over their air to air freq. Reception in my area was weak but possible "Red Air" freq for Northern Strike?

256.600 was BREWTOWN at one time. Last year for Northern Strike the controller was ABSOLUTE.

GOOSE 11 V-22 Osprey circling Grayling Range R-4201.
I saw 2 CH-47's from Peoria IL yesterday going towards Grayling. Callsign was BIGGIE 1 & BIGGIE 4.
Also saw a few STEEL call sign CH-47's go to Grayling. STEEL 85 & STEEL 88.
Toledo is back up in the PIKE MOA again. 248.650 A/A, 02:43pm. 254.700 PIKE MOA. 357.100 A/A.

Encryption will still appear as a keyup until the radio decodes it enough to confirm. I saw that and paused on the freq until ENC appeared.

They appeared to have dragged GOOSE11 - 14 from North Carolina.

OTIS 61 did 360° turn NW of Ann Arbor & changed his callsign to AGONY 22. North of Clare MI he dropped off GOOSE 14 & he went to Traverse City. AGONY 22 made a right turn after passing Houghton Lake & GOOSE 11 popped up a few minutes later & went to the Grayling Army airfield then he circled the Range & went back to the airfield. GOOSE 14 departed TVC for NC. GOOSE 11 also went to TVC & as far as I know he's still there.
Watching all this happen on ADSB EXCHANGE.
The CH-47's are hanging out at Wurtsmith.

Caught a lot overnight around 0200 on the Steelgate drop zone frequencies- Primarily 266.600, RED HORSE 03 talking to GUARDIAN AIR about software issues and an alternator failure.
I've had a significant uptick in loggings over the last 24 hours. LOTS of refueling and action in HERSEY MOA on 226.025. I presume it is all tied to the Northern Strike exercises.
