362.250 BURN CH, started picking him up around 08:45am. ADS-B had him at the Ohio & West Virginia border. Phone ringing, heard someone in garbled voice say hello, 08:58am. Signal stopped near Logansport IN, 09:09am.
323.800 BURN CH, 09:06am. Signal stopped near Logansport IN, 09:09am. Heard a male say, clear how me? Female answered, ?? 09:11am.

That should've been P-8 168759 LC tail code, with a Tiger on the tail. I was watching him on ADS-B. He was all over the place. I thought he was going to land at Rickenbacker, but didn't. Then he headed towards Fort Wayne around 01:30pm, but didn't land there. Last I saw him he was in Michigan heading towards MTC. A different P-8 landed at Selfridge around 11:00am runway 19. Never heard him on the scanner.

I watched 14 P-8's depart NAS Jacksonville yesterday. 3 P-8's landed Rickenbacker late morning yesterday. 3 P-8's went to Wright Patterson. Not sure where the others went yesterday. This morning I saw 4 P-8's go to NAS Fort Worth. Still waiting for the Georgia E-8's to depart their base. Now this hurricane is going to go up the east coast, so even more bases will have to evacuate. Lots of fighter bases along the coast. MCAS Cherry Point NC, MCAS Beaufort SC, Shaw AFB SC, Seymour Johnson AFB NC, NAS Oceana, Langley AFB VA.
