I've heard some new acronyms on the radios. The list below is the acronyms I can't find the meaning of. I have included some descriptions what they said on the radio with the acronym If that helps. Thank you

10-80 - car unoccupied
10-19 -
10-95 -
10-15: Ill be 10-15 with a female
20 -

28: I have a 28 for you (plate?)
88: Same 88 that we delt with

6500 - ((traffic offense))
8800: The caller is an 8800
8800 - ((intoxicated??)
AMO - ((check that AMO, Disabled))
AOD: Put me on an AOD

DB= dead body (yes I've heard it)

When talking about accidents (10-50) a PD is property damage and a PI is personal injury

of course intox = drunk

LEC= law enfornemenet center

foc - friend of court (usually child support activity)
I units - investigators
RNO is R&O, resisting & obstructing
TIP - Temporary instruction (learner's) permit
UCR - uniform crime reporting

CO - Corrections Officer
FOC - Friend Of the Court (they handle child support)
GIP - probably TIP
OCA number - Originating Agency
RTQ Or RPQ - Return To Quarters
The TL called - Team Leader
TIP: Temporary Instruction License (adult driver's ed)
UCR code: Uniform Crime Reporting (MICR is similar)

Are these really being used that much anymore? I know they found a lot of problems with 9/11 was too many/different codes so most agencies use more plain speech now. A few decades ago they were used heavily.
