The frequencies that you are looking for are as follows.

866.0125 I-Call
866.5125 I Tac 1
867.0125 I Tac 2
867.5125 I Tac 3
868.0125 I Tac 4

and honestly guys, please stop waisting your time giving everyone else the run-around when it comes to simple questions like this. I know these frequencies by heart. If you take time to type a link, you can take time to write in text what people are asking for.

Your right I sure could have and I appoligize.....

The first thing that caught my attention though was 1 post. I figured the person probably had not looked around and refered him to the MPSCS site. I was not trying to be rude, just trying to point them in the right direction!

To be honest Eric answered the question 3 hours before you, and it doesn't involve memorization. Since there is no "Channel 5" nor PL tone nobody may have answered it anyways ;>

"there is a ch 5 and pl it is a private ch"

You'll need to explain what you are talking about... There is no "channel 5" on the statewide MPSCS system, and the point is made even clearer when you mention a PL since NO trunked system uses PL tones. The MSP statewide system is a trunked system, and none of the "talkgroups" or "channels" use a PL.

There's no argument - he's just confused. We're trying to either 1) get new information for the database or 2) straighten him out.

Just to point out something else...

The I-TAC channels out in Denver all have PL tones on them (156.7). Not sure if that's statewide in CO or not.

There could be PLs on the Michigan I-TACs too, at least in some areas.?

Good thing you don't, or we wouldn't have a successful board.

I think there might be - but there still isn't an I-TAC 5 as far as I know anywhere in the country let alone here.

The International PL tone for these frequencies is 156.7, which is the standard means of access for all radios in Canada, Mexico, and the USA. However, some areas do run a separate PL tone for their own intercounty use on these frequencies and Orange County, California comes to mind as one of them.
