Is the MicroP25RX usable without the WIO terminal?

Yes. Once configured with the Wio Terminal, the MicroP25RX will run without the Wio Terminal turned on or attached.

Is there a BTconfig equivalent?

The MicroP25RXMon application is being developed to be similar to BTConfig. The software development of config features in the MicroP25RXMon application is on going at this time.

Keep in mind that the Wio Terminal controls frequency changes when using the scanning modes. This was done to maximize the user-programmability of the various scanning modes.
