microphone wiring

gents i have an old rca ssb 14t303 co-pilot. i have got a radio shack noise cancelling power mike that i want to wire to this radio does anyone know the wiring sequence for this.i wired it color for color but this did not work it did not transmit. the radio shack mic wires are red,white, shield, black, blue.

If you can get ahold of the operator's manual you might find the pinouts for the microphone.
