The USAF and NORAD frequencies are not always consistent. I tend to hear traffic on these

298.3 - NORAD Command Channel
364.2, Air Intercept Common Control Channel, AKA: Blue 07

AR-20 freq 341.750 is popular, heard even down here sometimes when tanker
and receiver are looking for each other when headed to the Northeast.
The other night heard Pittsburgh KC-135 SPUR 71 playing catchup with MYTEE 21 flight in NY State on that same freq.
Here are the MYTEE's arriving UK yesterday..

I heard them on 228.00 , usually an AR 777 frequency. The C17 and KC 10 are from Maguire AFB in Jersey. That same C17 apparently is used for refueling training as it is out there all the time with various tankers.
You can hear refueling day or night on this freq all the time. AR 777 is just south of LI, about 60 miles from here.
Also, the boom operator is usually on 289.00. You need an outside antenna for picking all of this up.
