Yeah am sure Space X engineers are saying we told you so Blue Origin with their highly powerful but explosive
liquid Methane and LOX mix.. On paper a good powerful system that doesn't need as many engines etc
compared to Space X Kerosene and LOX..
Setback for sure but that was impressive fireball like a atomic bomb. yikes! Glad nobody hurt.

India AF Delaware modded B-737 departs Dover tomorrow for first leg on way home..

Blue Origin's BE-4 engine for the New Glenn and SpaceX's Raptor engine for Starship/Booster both use liquid methane and liquid oxygen for fuel.

Falcon 9 uses RP-1 (highly refined kerosene) and liquid oxygen.

@1310L AC F16s, a2a 298.600; ZNY 322.400 Sec27 Low, talk about contacting HUNTRESS.
I just got in the radio room when I heard them L/C; may have come from Kiowa range R5802.
Rgr VIPER-11 flight on way back to A/C from range up there.
Mentions direct Smyrna etc on ZDC 363.000>285.400>327.125.
Says on A/A that ZDC sure doesn't like us very much :)

Try 250.250, 138.550, 349.700.
Thanks Jared. Yeah had those 2 UHF freqs already in my rotation but not the VHF freq.
They seem busier now with their upgraded C-130 planes and rarely come down this way but that may change now
with more mission capable aircraft. They used to have early/mid 1970's tails there for a long while.
In fact Yanke 48,49 now shooting up thru Maine tonight.

Missed them passing through Mark. Just checked radios, had nothing from them here. One of them literally went right over my area which would have definitely been heard by the SDR if they were chatting at that time. Weird how they tracked up the eastern seaboard. Together, but not too close to each other.

only hearing one side of the conversation on that one....
Terry, Mark,
Had comms on 303.000 here as well a little earlier (0953-1016 local). Heard two pilots A-A talking about weather and "wall of clouds" ahead of them. Looked at that time slot on ADSBx and the only "flight" in my listening range was the P-8s. Comms were a little weak but readable as most of my comms over Nantucket are on other flights. I'd say it was a good bet it was them. Nice catch!
