THUNDER11 flight of three landed at NAS Whidbey on Monday at 2130z. Called VAQ-135 Base on 355.1, will be doing a fly over before landing.
Great Matt.. Should be 3 more eventually getting back your way..
Long time no hear on this board.Hope you are doing well in Boeing Country.
Just saw National Anthems at Seattle World Cup game and flyover of what looked like 4 Growlers..
Very cool!

Today's logs from recordings. Blue Angels arrive for upcoming Brunswick (KBXM) airshow this weekend.

All times Local EDT:

0930 299.600 MMF30 (T-057) and GAFB32 (GAF Typhoons) on NAF Boom freq. Tanker comms in English, then much chat A-A in German.
1046 246.800 No callsign heard. 14, 15, 16 Flight of three MC-130s A-A. Much talk about altitudes, timing, weather. Destination Harrisburg, PA. Plotting on ADSBx at the time was MC-130J 21-5972 which comes back to 193rd SOS PA ANG at KMDT.
1138 263.050 COWBOY 11 flight of three F-18s check in with ZBW, direct BAF.
1142 348.700 COWBOY 11 chk in with ZBW passing 240 for FL280, direct BAF.
1145 277.400 COWBOY 11 (x3) chk in with ZBW, FL280 Non-Standard.
1454 269.400 BLUE ANGEL 1 (x7) Check in with Pease A/D, flight of seven with ya 6,500 standard, VFR.
1455-1520 237.800 BLUE ANGELS A-A chatting away on cross country freq.
1457 269.350 BLUE ANGEL 1 check in with Portland Approach, flight of seven 6,500 VFR with request. Like to make two passes over Casco Bay and Portland Head Light, then over to Sebago Lake for a couple of photos down to 500' and below if that'll work for ya. First sweep the harbor, then to Sebago, then to Freeport real quick then straight to Brunswick runway 19.
1510-1522 284.250 BLUE ANGELS 01-07 BOSS doing his cadence of, "poweeerr", "puuulllll", etc as they were inbound to land at Brunswick runway 19L.
1619 250.250 YANKEE 31 & 32 (CT ANG C-130s) A-A Heading to Bangor runway 33 for approaches.

FAA Weather CAM at Brunswick (KBXM) showing them on the tarmac. Looks like temporary BERT is there as well in the foreground.

Few days back I had JUNKY-11,12,13 inbound Harrisburg.. MC-130J's back inbound from overseas? None were showing ADSB.
Now you have 14,15,16.. hmmm. Be sure to add 150.200 for Pa ANG 193SOW A/A as carries real well.

I had to water the sunflowers and missed the Seattle flyby. A monitor in Vancouver BC has informed me that the VAQ-135 tac was 340.350.

JUNKY14-16 arrived at Halifax(CYHZ)on the 5th,around 18.30z for a night stop.
