NOBLE asked HUNTRESS to do a FIDELITY CHECK on the radar feed.
HUNTRESS advised NOBLE that Morristown is active. Presuming that means VIP aircraft is inbound and expect increased activity.
1641L- HMX-1 "5 out" 143.825
09-0017 maybe b/u aircraft; making a loop over the Atlantic.
Correct - what TECH reported is the inbound aircraft from the golf course to the airport to get onboard the VIP jet ( which lead to the Mossristown radio call from HUNTRESS to NOBLE.)

I belive the State popping up and squawking ATC code just before departure and staying on track, orbiting destination and not blocked is uncool. Above my pay grade though. Maybe a watcher is watching.

That would be the helo with the USSS agent on board doing area surveillance. Callsign is usually HUNTSMAN (if my memory serves me correct)
Not unusual for them to be visible since they are basically only a tool being used to secure the area local to the airport of threats....the agent used USSS frequencies to alert to any threat.
1700 EDT Heading back to Andrews and descending but I do not see AF1 airborne yet
NJSP helo N6NJ followed the motorcade to Morristown and is circling there, so shouldn't be too long for dep.
19-0018 on the way.
1704 EDT VIP airborne call from HUNTRESS giving all aircraft in CAP 5 minute note to contact ATC to RTB
1710 EDT okay only hearing the airborne aircraft on the radio relay - so the AWACS can no longer here the ground side of HUNTRESS - but the relay is still active.
So had we not actually heard the AWACS confirm their mission tasking for radio relay - we would have confirmed it.
Now we wait till the next AWACS to show up for more play by play action

Hearing NOBLE21 on 363.100, just refueled (looks like 58-0071 just popped up on ADS) and ready to RTB "going to be a non-standard formation 2 miles front to back" - and now hearing afterburners over my QTH... "direct Robbinsville maintain FL20... direct Langley via Robbinsville"

@1715L MARS/DARKSTAR & WIZARD ALPHA, 13927KHz USB for p/p tfc. MARS OP had them move to 13985KHz USB.
2 p/p's; one to area code 609 & 315; both to ATC stations; said they were near Philly area. Aircraft comms were very weak, hard to understand.
609 was SE NJ; 315 was Central NY. Patches ended around 1735L.

Okay do not confuse commercial (aka police helicopter) with military aircraft. The mission the helo performs it for surveillance for threats around and on the airfield. Think of it like a police car doing radar work but instead of hiding behind some trees or a hill they sit openly visible - they want the threat to know they are looking for them. Hopefully that will discourage a threat from being in the area of surveillance so task accomplished - if they insist on hiding they will be seen by the helo.

then changes mind and req Harfod County freq and drops down to 700 feet over Susquehanna River.
Not liking the downpours in this area or river rescue call?Headed up Sussky river now at 600 feet.
2003 local Coast Guard call now on Ch16 156.800 report of overturned kayak 1830 local on Sussky River single male with
no lifejacket.All mariners keep watch out.. What ails some people these days? Pouring rain and out kayaking on a fast tricky river.
