I live on the South side of the mountain where the fire tower is located in MtPenn.
Using my 436 with the duck antenna I get a decode on 454.24375; nothing on 461.900.

I checked the 3 frequencies on the license here, nothing of relevance. Got CAP+ within range to me on 2 of the 3 with 461.550 still reporting MADRN Site 45

I would start checking in earnest when those NL sites listed change from the default LSN 1.
Might see a change late Monday..

MADRN really ramped things up last week it seems. They appear to be on a roll. So I'd be surprised if a few more CC=1 sites didn't change this coming week.

Cool. Should be easy enough for you spot when the T3 site comes up, either by directly monitoring those freqs or checking a neighbor list of a neighboring site. Silly thing for me to say. You know what you're doing. @MADRN is apparently a busy beaver

I'm on the other side of the Schuylkill now from the Philly site, the well renown Roxborough antenna farm. Nothing new to report from an observer's perspective after checking all frequencies on the license. I'll stay on top of it

454.475 newly active since the last I checked MADRN, marginal signal received and best decode I can get shows as DCC 0 RAS

If possible, keep an eye on 454.475 as much as you can. Because we need all the details for that one I know you don’t have good signal on it right now, but it may improve tonight or in the morning or the next time you check it.
454.475 has been known to be associated with:

141-7 New Cumberland
141-53 Waynesboro

So from your location I'm pretty sure it's going to be Waynesboro, and I think others felt the same. Probably L8-25. On MADRN T3, site L8-25 shows up as a neighbor of Hanover, Red Lion, Newport and McConnellsburg with 454.475 as the fre.
