Jolly 11 has been circling the Statue for a little while now but I do not see the A400 on ADSB

Both with New York Approach EMPYR 127.300, starting the photos now. FlightAware and FlightRadar24 are also both showing the GAF007 going to LaGuardia for a short stop (didn’t happen, back to Andrews).

Tried to see the A400 from my home but it was way too low
Picking up comms on 238.250 (pretty hard for me to hear, coming in with 1 bar of reception).
Now I'm hearing 296.9 which I have as 94th FS Aux 3. 1-2 bars of reception. Coming up to fly over me on a clear day by any chance? Wouldn't hold my breath
Looks like SAM 28000 is heading to Atlantic City to do some touch and gos.

1139- Lobo 41 (unid) land at ADW (270.275/349.0)
DECOY 99, a WVANG C-17 from KMRB, is off and over Winchester at 2400 feet, eventually bound for Lakehurst. However, his tanker is maintenance-delayed, so he is VFR back to KMRB to shoot some approaches.
That explains why that German cargo plane buzzed right over my work at 5k feet earlier

1349- Sabre 37 (KC-135 # 62-3556) inbound to ADW. Working Liberator Ops (351.2). Maybe not ADW, now calling CP on 349.4. Now he's back calling ADW CP on 351.2. Poor pilot is confused.
1405- Rhody 35 (C-130J # 05-1435 RI ANG) working Leesburg Radio (255.4) requesting wx at Yeager Airport, WVA . Rhody 33 (C-130J # 99-1433) is behind him, following along the same route.
1413 Unid DHS acft (136.275) asking unid stn to check with the Secret Service to see if they still have access to the Bravo.

I've got two German Air Force a/c, an A319 and an A400, over on the GAF ramp at Dulles. They're a bit too early to be unloading beer for the annual Oktoberfest in the warehouse, so I assume they're loading military gear for the flight home.

1230 local from tape ZDC 360.700 BULLET-4 at 11k cleared down to 4k asking if Andrew's is landing South.
Second time in last Month hearing that BULLET# callsign thru here.Last time was just passing thru at FL410.

1455- Dragnet Victor (E-3TF) calling Giantkiller (238.1), It's been awhile since we've had an AWACs in our area.
Rgr Ron been a while for sure.. A/A F-22's are encrypted on their 257.075 freq.
1508 local White Top Chopper NIGHTHAWK-11 overflew my house Southbound at about 2k on Philly apch 118.350 >POT/Balt apch 124.550.
Says will be passing thru Phillips warning area enroute waypoint PALEO. PALEO waypoint | OpenNav

I thought so about 257.075. They started in clear speech but then the freq is encrypted. I would expect the AWACS to work on that freq as well.

1530- Couples of flts of MD ANG A-10Cs working at the Kiowa Range. Freqs: 228.1/233.45/266.6/281.525/293.3. Looks like one of those flts is at the Warren Grove Range. Heard them on ZDC Sea Isle (285.4) then Warren Grove (283.1).
1540- Sentry 61 looks to be exiting our area. Made one pass from Dover area down the coast to Norfolk area then turned right and is now over Richmond heading northwest. Boy, that was a short visit. Never heard any comms after GK check in so I assume he was working encrypted on 257.075.
1645- Pack 81 & 82 (KC-46s NH ANG) exiting AR 636 and heading back up the coast. Working random AR on AR 636 primary (238.9) as they head back home. At 1559 Packs working 235.85 as A2A.
