Not sure if this has been posted before but the MD ANG have been working on approval the DUKE LOW MOA which will be allow them to operate between 100' and 7,999' in a smaller section of the confines of the DUKE MOA. Info here if interested:
Duke MOA Low . I, for one, am all for it!

Ah, I was heading south down I-95 just south of PHL nearing 3:30 EDT and was surprised to see a C-130 in the landing line for final approach. When I got home I looked in up in FlightAware: KING73, landed at 3:25. Must be this plane. I wonder why it wouldn't be based out of KILG - it would get to hang with the 166th Airlift Wing's 130s and still just be five minutes or so from the Phillies stadium... btw the forecast for that is very rough weather arriving at game time, severe thunderstorms and potential for tornados. As if we didn't get enough excitement a few days ago
