back to Navy Cambridge?. Screwtops E-2C of VAW-123 CVW-3. More Ike aircraft carrier prepping.
Must have went into Lehigh Valley Airport KABE near Allentown. Might have been two of them as 32 mentioned he was 5 mikes
in trail.

The following Blue Angel frequencies were active at NAS Oceana today in advance of the air show this weekend:

251.6

Also 333.3 ("Quad three") was active as well. I haven't heard that freq used locally before.

Interesting, those are two of their spare frequencies.

333.300 is a common freq for whenever a squadron runs out of tacs. It’s a first-come-first-serve, much like 246.800, 246.900, and 303.000.

After researching further, I noticed that 333.3 was used last year - just a few days before the 2022 air show.

1400- Couple of MD ANG A-10Cs working on 266.6. One of the A-10s is using Axeman callsign while second is using callsign Kingpin and seems to be acting as a Forward Air Controller. Some sort of simulated exercise? Axeman 01 also working Bay Watch (305.2) for entry into R-4006. Axeman requests that the Deala ALTRV be activated.
