In addition to 275.35, the Blue Angels are active on 284.25 and 237.8 this afternoon as they prep for the air show.

At today's air show at Oceana, the Blue Angels used the following frequencies:

284.75 (diamond formations - lots of the usual grunts, groans and sing-song transmissions ("adding more powerrr")
275.35 solo planes
378.8 "
237.8 "

MILAN (AP) — An aircraft of the Italian acrobatic air team the Frecce Tricolori crashed on Saturday during a practice run outside the northern city of Turin, killing a child on the ground, Italian media reported.

The plane or parts of the plane reportedly struck a car carrying a family, killing a 5-year-old girl. A 9-year-old and the parents were being treated for burns, according to Italian news agency ANSA. The pilot ejected and also reportedly suffered burns.

The 2 helicopters were Cobra's out of McGuire. I was watching them on ADS-B and listening to them on their A/A 264.2

When Veto 91 departed PAX yesterday, I had the station broadcasting the EAM (PJIO2V) as PITBOW. Several posts on another list had that station as FISHBOAT. I obviously misheard the callsign.
