WEEK AHEAD 1/6 - 1/14

On Saturday and Sunday, the President and the First Lady will remain in Wilmington, Delaware.
On Monday, the President will depart Wilmington, Delaware en route to South Carolina.
In the afternoon, the President will depart South Carolina en route to Dallas, Texas.
In the evening, the President will return to the White House.

No other travel on the schedule at this time.

Interesting a couple Norfolk based VRC-40 Rawhide C-2 Greyhounds westbound tonight from Roswell NM.
Maybe since the Navy V-22's are also grounded they will add these guys to a Carrier deployment out West or just enroute Japan.

Looks like Evers is also scheduled for tomorrow. DCANG usually uses that so possibly 113th drill weekend as well as 177th/93rd with Duke.

All I know from listening to CAP F-16s is they don't like icing conditions at all and snowy wx is bad news.
They can circle the snowy rainy wx from above but dropping down gets them nervous.
Remember recently with Shaw F-16's in mild icing conditions and one said looking at my #3 launch pylon I see solid ice.. He was not happy.
After his early morning sortie it cleared up and was happy again.

I just checked Evers MOA and now shows blank for tomorrow and the Duke MOA has cancelled the 7PM evening reservation.

No you are correct as the US Army has filled in with the CH-47's.. They use them also overseas at times for London Potus visits.
They bring in CH-47's from Germany etc... HMX-1 Marines are sidelined with the MV-22's for now but still fly the important Whitetops.
