From our West Coast HF friend

There is a notice for the west coast 12:01 PM to 9:01 PM EDT.

But the east coast doesn't match. It's only 7.5 hours: 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM EDT. 7.5 hours is normally too short.

Also, there is a series of east coast notices of 7.5 hours, also 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM EDT on Wed, Thur, and Fri, so this may be something else.

Passing it along just in case.

T-Bird-7 into Tampa for Airfest 2024 there last airshow for a few years as base adds new hangars
for eventual 24 new KC-46 tankers..
Cause of the Easter Holiday airshow is only Friday and Saturday.
Thunderbird #7 arrives for Tampa Bay AirFest - B-Roll

Guess the other 6 T-Birds will arrive later today..
I’m spending the week in Orlando on vacation, so I’m going to be at Tampa Airfest on Friday. Looks like I’ll be able to see the A-10 Demo before it goes away.

Around 1050Lish; 349.700, unid chatting; ??? off of our time is awesome, we're gonna look for more as we get involved here, they had us going towards PA, estimating 1430L arrival.
349.7 is an old 'Bradley Ops' channel when they had A-10s. Not sure who is using it these days. Maybe another unit based at Bradley?

349.700 is also a VT ANG F-35 A-A frequency (AUX 19). 1000 EDT today VT ANG F-35s, CHEDDAR 11, STRIKE 21, SHINER 31, THUMPER 41 working with BISON 31 in Viper Airspace 276.500. Also active 226.300, 314.400, 226.800, 234.800. Calling out ground targets on 226.800. STRIKE is a new VT callsign for me.

In case anyone down Southeast has visiting KC-46 from 22 ARW McConnell doing
multi Navy/Marine Corp refueling it could be a WARP equipped KC-46.

I've always wondered if they used A-A frequency and what that would be. They are based at Joint Base McGuire–Dix–Lakehurst
I have caught pax C-12s using common freqs like 123.450 on many occasions. They usually keep a radio tuned to base ops but would not typically use that for A/A. They don’t seem to communicate with each other much - just not much of a need unless they are coordinating something important.
