Heading to Rockville, MD early today, I was rounding the Beltway at Cabin John and came across a flatbed truck parked on the shoulder where the parkway merges with the Beltway. There was a C-130 fuselage on it. I happened to get a good look at just the right place on the tail tip and saw 165351, one of our local "AX" birds.
