CONUS 038 should be heading west across the pond tomorrow 08/13. Three KC-46’s which should be 11-46057 17-46025 20-46076 as ROMA61-63 flight. Tankers will (maybe?) head back to McGuire while the 6X Oklahoma F-16’s stop at KACY as TREND flight
Saw a ROMA-82 #63-7992 today inbound Pease from MS ANG.. Maybe for second wave or leg?
Also a ROMA-81 McGuire KC-46 #20-46082 popped up for a few minutes.

Thanks for your log again Ed ..... (y)

The F-16s were on "Cheerleader" USAF Common <246.800> on their departure but then changed to 268.300.
I haven't heard 246.800 in 5 years I think, until today ...
Thanks Rene. I have logged 246.8 on many occasions here in the past few years. Definitely worth having on the radios!

All three KC-46’s are scheduled to land at KPSM after dropping off the F16’s now.

DOUBLEDOWN-179 showing on ADSB-Ex as DBLDN179 Hex: AE5E78
First time I've seen this guy!

A search for *179 and HMX-1 results with:
169179 VH-92A HMX-1

According to Ron's list: DOUBLE DOWN VH-92 HMX-1 MCAF Quantico VA

My apologies. Since the topic was a Thunderbird flyby, I associated it to the diamond formation crash of 18 Jan, 1982 where all 4 T-38s crashed and the pilots killed near what is now Creech AFB.
No worries - the original comment by Mark was "Philly news says Italian 10 ship demo team will overfly" then the Thunderbirds snuck in on the conversation.....;)

Add 228.900 which is also a Huntress frequency but not used as much as 260.900
(mostly for training by local USCG helos for low level intercept practice... here in southern New Jersey).

Philly news says Italian 10 ship demo team will overfly
Philadelphia at 10am local today starting from the Northeast coming out of Stewart ANG base.
Their next show isn't till Aug 24 at OC Maryland so not sure where they are staging next.
This is Frecce Tricolori, right? Their website shows a visit to Norfolk, VA on 8/21. Last time they were here, was NATO Fest some years ago. They staged at NAS Norfolk at that time.

Yes correct

from the Philadelphia Inquirer

"The Frecce Tricolori — the Italian Air Force’s high-flyin’ show team — passed over Philadelphia Monday morning as part of their North American tour. The event kicked off at 10:30 a.m.

The 10-jet troupe started over Northeast Philadelphia and flew south to the Ben Franklin Bridge, with the planes’ signature red, green, and white smoke trails following close behind. Then, they turned west to fly over downtown and the Philadelphia Museum of Art before heading back to the Northeast to close the loop.

The show lasted roughly 30 minutes.

The display was part of Frecce Tricolori’s first North American tour in over 30 years, with previous stops in New York City; Orlando and Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; and Augusta, Ga. Its next stop will be in Ocean City, Md., on Aug. 24 and Aug. 25, where the group will headline the OC Air Show."
