CMV-22B Osprey "Not Operationally Suitable" According To Test Report

Pentagon testers highlight major issues with the Navy's Osprey as the entire V-22 fleet remains grounded following a deadly crash.

The longer they keep them grounded, the more extensive the actions needed to get them airborne. Hydraulic seals etc... decay without being exercised.

This is a pretty serious problem.

I wish that was predictable! Have caught them a few times early evening at the North Landing Bridge, but that put the Sun right in my camera. Would love to catch them in the morning--or find a good vantage point to the west of Fentress

Checking my tape after work from this morning seems two spares returning perhaps..
Both L+C as they came South by Dover area about an hour apart. at FL-330.
0605 local MALT-12 at FL-330 push ZDC Dupont 307.275
0715 local MALT-13 at FL-310 push ZDC 307.275 'Near Dover making right turn direct York".

CH-53E Super Stallion found outside San Diego CA in mountainous terrain after missing it's arrival time with 5 Marines onboard. Rescuers having hard time reaching the location due to heavy snow and wind. As far as I know, no Marines have been found yet.
