Yeah COSMICS headed North thru Pa direct Phillipsburg now on ZNY 270.300>ZNY 306.200 Apch 322.400 and A/A 260.900
Duke MOA has a two hour Res for 1800z so maybe headed there. Req descent on 306,200 assume dropping down to VR-704 range.

Also getting chatter on 278.800 the past two days. I have it as a EADS frequency. Does anyone have it listed as something else?
